Apply easily online via the “Apply Now” button, or visit our leasing office during business hours. After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can schedule a tour. 

You’ll need valid ID, proof of income, and consent for a credit/background check. A non-refundable application fee applies; contact us at (866) 807-2898 for the current amount and security deposit details. 

No, renters insurance is not required.

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent for the selected apartment. Applicants may choose a $275 non-refundable deposit waiver fee instead.

Prospects must fill out the online application, pay the application and administrative fees, and complete credit and criminal screenings. The process typically takes up to 72 hours if rental verification is required.

Rent covers access to all amenities, but utilities—such as water, electric, and internet—are typically billed separately. 

Residents can pay rent through our secure online portal or in person at the leasing office. We also offer FlexPay to help you split rent into smaller, manageable payments.

All apartments at City Edge Flats are unfurnished.

All apartments include in-unit washer and dryer machines.

Packages are delivered directly to the resident’s door.

We’re located at 2435 Willowbrook Drive, near Middle Tennessee State University. Residents enjoy convenient access to shopping, dining, parks, schools, and major commuter routes. 

Yes—our location offers convenient access to nearby public transportation or major roadways.

City Edge Flats is zoned for Reeves Rogers Elementary School, Oakland Middle School, and Oakland High School.

Residents enjoy convenient access to Walmart Supercenter, Publix, Kroger, Sprouts, Stones River Mall, and The Avenue.

Nearby dining options include Mi Patria, Culver’s, Nachos, Waffle House, Chop House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Daily Buffet, and China Panda.

Yes! We offer flexible lease terms to fit your needs. Reach out to our team to learn more about availability and lease options. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th.

Residents must give a 60-day written notice and pay the required lease-termination fee.

Electric service is provided by Middle Tennessee Electric, while Conservice handles utility billing.

The community is serviced by Xfinity and AT&T.

Residents receive a welcome-home folder containing community rules, keys, the monthly newsletter, and an inventory and condition form. A staff member will also walk the apartment with the resident during the move-in process.

Residents must provide a 60-day notice. If desired, they may schedule a walkthrough. All keys must be returned at move-out, and an NTV (Notice to Vacate) packet must be completed and signed by all leaseholders. A pre-walk is typically scheduled 7 to 14 days before the move-out date.
